For Anatolian shepherds purchased from Jessica, Noelle or any person at Pearl's Anatolian Shepherds. We recommend you arrange transportation for your puppy prior to purchasing an Anatolian puppy from us. In the event we agree to deliver a puppy to you and you fail to meet us at the agreed location, we will use your deposit to cover delivery expenses. You then forfeit all rights to the puppy and any right to a refund of any kind. We will board a sold puppy until the puppy is a maximum of 6 months old for a fee of $200.00 a month plus the current cost of dog food. This boarding fee starts once the puppy is 8 weeks old. Arrangements must be made in advance to board or the deposit will cover the boarding fee for 10 days. At which point the deposit will be forfeited and the pup will be re-listed for sale due to failure to make contact and arrangements for further payment or shipment. The $200.00 a month boarding fee plus the current cost of dog food is due in advance. As the seller, we have to agree to board the pup, and the pup’s purchase price must be paid in full before the boarding begins. We can only mark a puppy as "reserved", if we are told that the payment (be it a deposit or payment in full) is in the mail or has already arrived. Once we are told that the deposit or payment in full is in the mail we will only mark a puppy "reserved" while waiting for your payment for 7 days during non-holiday weeks and 14 days during Christmas week. If we do not receive your payment in this time we will list the puppy for sale once again. We cannot reserve a puppy if a payment has not been sent. If you are on the waiting list, the method of reserving a puppy is slightly different. Once the puppies are 1 week old, you will be informed that it is time to pick your puppy and send your $150.00 deposit. If your deposit does not arrive within 7 days of the date you were informed, then you will be removed from the waiting list. We require a $150.00 deposit to hold an Anatolian shepherd puppy. We then mark the puppy as "reserved." We only mark a puppy as "Sold" if the puppy has been paid for in full. Prior to pickup or shipment, the buyer can withdraw from the purchase contract even if full payment has been received. A full refund is possible if the puppy is less than 6 weeks of age. After 6 weeks of age a holding fee of $50.00 will not be refunded from either the full payment or the holding deposit per puppy. Should anything happen to a puppy that has been paid for while the puppy is still in our possession such as: accident, injury, or illness, the buyer will have first choice of other puppies for sale at the original selling price, assuming there are still puppies available. In the event no more puppies are available, then the buyer will receive a full refund. Failure to comply with any part of this sale's agreement will be grounds to terminate the sale's agreement without refund, and the puppy will be listed for sale again. Full payment will be required before any Anatolian Shepherd leaves our possession. Our puppies are well taken care of and given all current shots, vaccinations, and are wormed on a regular basis. We GUARANTEE all of our Anatolian Shepherd puppies to be sound, healthy and free of disease for 30 days after the sale date, as long as the problem is not stress related, or a problem that occurred from transportation of the animal. A vet invoice and/or autopsy report will be required, stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was created before purchase for a full refund of the puppy's asking price. All shipping and travel fees are non-refundable. All testing and the vet certificate are the responsibility of the buyer. Any puppy picked up by the buyer or delivered to the buyer before the puppy is 8 weeks of age null and voids Pearls Anatolian Shepherds 30 day health guarantee. Sale price does not include shipping. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as liability on the breeder's part if the dog shall fail to perform its guardian functions due to inadequate training/discipline on the buyer's part. We intend that the sale of these Anatolian puppies go very smoothly, and it is our policy to take exceptional care of them until they are in your hands. By purchasing an Anatolian Shepherd puppy from us, you are agreeing to let us give your phone number as a reference number to possible future customers. By purchasing a puppy from Pearl's Anatolian Shepherds, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all the terms of this Sale's Agreement.
