Anatolian shepherds purchased from Jessica Ochsenkiel or Noelle Hunt.

We recommend you arrange transportation for your puppy prior to purchasing an Anatolian puppy from us, because we do have a 30 day limit on boarding sold puppies. This 30 day boarding limit starts after the puppies are 8 weeks old and the $150.00 deposit has been made.

We can only mark a puppy as "reserved"  if we are told that the payment (be it a deposit or payment in full) is in the mail or has already arrived. We cannot reserve a puppy if a payment has not been sent.

If you are on the waiting list, the method of reserving a puppy is slightly different. Once the puppies are 1 week old, you will be informed that it is time to pick your puppy and send your $150.00 deposit. If your deposit does not arrive within 7 days of the date you were informed, then you will be removed from the waiting list.

We require a $150.00 deposit to hold an Anatolian shepherd puppy.  We then mark the puppy as reserved.

We only mark a puppy as "Sold" if the puppy has been paid for in full.  Prior to pickup or shipment, the buyer can withdraw from the purchase contract even if full payment has been received. 

A full refund is possible if the puppy is less than 6 weeks of age.  After 6 weeks of age a holding fee of $50.00 will not be refunded from either the full payment or a holding deposit.

Should anything happen to a puppy that has been paid for while the puppy is still in our possession such as: accident, injury, or illness, the buyer will have first choice of other puppies for sale at the original selling price, if any puppies are still available. In the event no more puppies are available, then the buyer will receive a full refund.

There will be a $3.00 a day boarding fee charged after the first 15 day grace period.

Failure to comply with any part of this sale's agreement will be grounds to terminate the sale's agreement without refund, and the puppy will be listed for sale again.

Full payment will be required before any animal leaves our possession.

Our puppies are well taken care of and given all current shots, vaccinations, and are wormed on a regular bases.

We GUARANTEE all of our Anatolian Shepherd puppies to be sound, healthy and free of disease for 30 days after the sale date, as long as the problem is not stress related, or a problem that occurred from transportation of the animal. A vet invoice and/or autopsy report will be required, stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was created before purchase for a full refund of the puppy's asking price. Shipping and travel fees are non-refundable. All testing and the vet certificate are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale price does not include shipping.

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as liability on the breeder's part if the dog shall fail to perform its guardian functions due to inadequate training/discipline on the buyer's part.

We intend that the sale of these Anatolian puppies go very smoothly, and it is our policy to take exceptional care of them until they are in your hands.    

By purchasing an Anatolian Shepherd puppy from us, you are agreeing to let us give your phone number as a reference number to possible future customers.

By purchasing a puppy from Pearl's Anatolian Shepherds, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all the terms of this Sale's Agreement.
