I have received some questions about how my waiting list works, and I would like to explain my system here in an attempt to answer any questions you might have.

First off, I would like to say that being put on my waiting list is Not a commitment to buy a pup from me. It is simply an easy way for me to notify you when the next litter is born so that you have a better chance of getting one of the puppies.

My waiting list works on a first come first served basis.  Every one has a number and when it comes time to pick a puppy the person that has #1 spot (was the first to contact me) has the first pick, and so on down the line.

 

Step 1 (being added to the Waiting List)

Being put on the list is easy, there is no long form or questionnaire to fill out.  There is nothing to sign.

All I need is:

Your Phone Number:        so that I can call you when step 3 comes along

Best Time Too Call You:   so I don't interrupt family time

Your Name:                        so I don't mix you up with someone else

Your E-mail address:        for step 2

    *Your information will not be given or sold to anyone,  This is just so I can contact you when the litter is born.  If you decide not to buy a puppy your contact information will be removed from my records. *

Step 2 (date of birth)

The day the litter is born everyone on the list will be notified of the birth and will be told how many puppies were in the litter and what their number is on the list. Also everyone will be informed that they need to reply to the E-mail within 7 days to let me know that they are still interested.  If someone doesn’t reply within the 7 days, they will be skipped.  The next person on the list will have their spot.

 

Step 3 (1 week old)

After the 7 day time period a photo of each puppy will be added to the available puppies page on this website.  Everyone that is still on the list will be given a phone call and an E-mail, in order of their pick number, to let them know that it is time to pick their puppy and send the $150.00 deposit to hold their puppy.  If the deposit does not arrive here within 7 days the person will be removed from the waiting list, and the puppy will be available to others on the waiting list once again.

Once everyone on the waiting list has made their picks and their deposit has been received, their puppies will be removed from the available puppies page and only the puppies that have not been picked will remain.

You must also acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Sales Agreement.

After step 3 is completed everyone that made a deposit will be sent an update on their puppy every other week until the puppy is in it's new home.
